The Foundation of Ayurveda Treatments

Ayurveda views every individual as a unique combination of body, mind, and soul. Unlike conventional medicine that often focuses on symptoms, Ayurveda treatments aim to identify and address the root cause of health concerns. This holistic approach helps improve physical health, emotional well-being, and spiritual balance. The wisdom of Ayurveda was carefully preserved in ancient texts known as "Samhitas," which describe various healing methods and therapeutic practices that remain relevant today.
